People Engagement & Culture Specialist

• Coordinate employee engagement programs, including annual surveys, pulse checks, and action planning
• Support the rollout of wellbeing and recognition initiatives, including events, campaigns, and toolkits for people managers
• Assist in developing inclusive workplace strategies, supporting internal events and DEI activations
• Track and report on engagement and wellbeing metrics to guide continuous improvement
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment across markets
• Contribute to internal branding efforts and communication materials promoting a positive team member experience

• 5+ years of experience in HR, employee engagement, internal comms, or organisational development
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Data-savvy with the ability to interpret survey insights
• Passionate about wellbeing, recognition, and inclusion
• Excellent communication in English and Cantonese
• Prior experience in retail, FMCG, or large corporates is an advantage
