We are looking for a People Enablement Partner to join our growing team at Legora! In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes across our Product and Design teams, hiring Product Manager, Product Designers, Brand designers etc. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by ensuring we hire the right people at the right time. Job Responsibility:
Own and lead full-cycle recruitment processes - from briefing to offer - for roles within product and design
Build world-class teams by partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand needs and find the best talent
Develop and strengthen our employer brand in collaboration with the marketing team
Create exceptional candidate experiences that reflect our values and culture at every touchpoint
Continuously improve our recruitment processes by bringing new ideas, tools, and ways of working
Support the organization on people related questions and processes when needed
Requirements:
A couple of years of experience hiring for product and design roles, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels
Highly organized and thrive when owning and driving multiple recruitment processes independently
Comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making with data, insights, and deep market understanding
