We are looking for a People Enablement Partner to join our growing team at Legora! In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes across our Product and Design teams, hiring Product Manager, Product Designers, Brand designers etc. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by ensuring we hire the right people at the right time. On top of hiring, you will be the go-to-person for people related questions for the design and product organisation effectively building out the organization in terms of Talent and Performance management and much, much more…

Job Responsibility

  • Own and lead full-cycle recruitment processes - from briefing to offer - for roles within product and design
  • Build world-class teams by partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand needs and find the best talent
  • Develop and strengthen our employer brand in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Create exceptional candidate experiences that reflect our values and culture at every touchpoint
  • Continuously improve our recruitment processes by bringing new ideas, tools, and ways of working
  • Support the organization on people related questions and processes when needed

Requirements

  • A couple of years of experience hiring for product and design roles, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly organized and thrive when owning and driving multiple recruitment processes independently
  • Comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making with data, insights, and deep market understanding
