As a member of the wider People Operations team, the People Enablement Coordinator role will see you working with all aspects of the employee experience for our global team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Letters of Offer and Individual Employment Agreement distribution
  • Administering Onboarding via our HRIS platform
  • Creation and administering of Contract Variations
  • General employment related documentation creation and disbursement
  • Ensuring new hire and employee documentation compliance
  • Maintaining and ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Compliance project work
  • Booking of candidate interviews
  • General ad-hoc administrative work

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a people/employee administration experience, human resources space
  • Human resources certification is desired
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfort working with an HRIS (Human Resource Information System) - Ours is called HiBob
  • A service-oriented mindset and ability to prioritise multiple requests from stakeholders
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to pitch in where needed
  • An understanding of what it is to be a team player and step in/up to help out
  • Organised
  • Has a high level of detail and care
  • Possesses a good understanding of basic employment/HR fundamentals to ensure compliance with employment documentation is maintained
