We’re looking for a People Development Lead to help Bellroy grow our people, not just our headcount. You’ll be a part of our People & Culture team, report to our Chief People Officer, and build the systems, rituals and programs that make learning, feedback and progression truly embedded in how we work.
Job Responsibility:
Build the systems, rituals and programs that make learning, feedback and progression truly embedded in how we work
Push our capability building and organisational development further
Shape how we approach learning, performance and development, from onboarding and coaching to managers actually having the conversations that matter, to how we understand performance across the business and what we do about it
Requirements:
Around 5+ years’ experience in learning & development, organisational development, HR business partnering or a similar people-focused role
Bonus points if you have experience working with frontline or retail team
Proven experience designing and delivering L&D interventions (not just outsourcing them) from needs analysis through to facilitation and follow up
Experience supporting or shaping performance frameworks (e.g. reviews, ratings, calibration, or similar) and using that data to drive action
Strong coaching and facilitation skills
A head for systems and psychology
Confidence working with engagement/ performance data (e.g. survey tools, dashboards or spreadsheets) and turning numbers into clear, human insights
A bias for collaboration over territory
A style that is warm and candid
