We are looking for a People Analytics & Solutions Partner to join Reach and help us transition from traditional reporting to high-tech, automated storytelling. Youll be at the heart of our People Data & Analytics team, using cutting-edge tools to shape decision-making for the UKs largest commercial publisher.
Job Responsibility:
Data Storytelling & Visualisation: deep-dive into people data to craft Tableau dashboards and high-impact slides, turning complex HR metrics into clear narratives
AI-Driven Problem Solving: explore and implement AI tools to improve processes, identify trends, and solve complex organizational problems
Automation & App Building: identify repetitive manual tasks and transform them through automation, using AI for coding and building intuitive internal apps
Beta-Testing the Future: act as a Tech Scout, testing new software and AI features
Strategic Collaboration: partner with HR and department leads to identify data needs and create innovative, automated solutions
The Data Foundation: act as the primary data supplier to our Workforce Planning Analyst, ensuring data pipelines are clean, structured, and accurate
Requirements:
A Collaborative Data Guardian with a sharp eye for data integrity and a passion for building clean pipelines
Data Storytelling & Visualisation skills to transform complex spreadsheets into great decks using Tableau and high-impact slides
AI-First Thinking and experimentation with tools like Gemini to write code and summarise insights
An Innovative Spirit, being proactive and always looking for a better way
