Job Description:

We’re looking for an Analyst to join the People Analytics team as an automation expert. This role is hands-on, technical and analytical: you’ll build reliable datasets, prepare, audit and automate reporting for leadership reviews, and help scale reporting frameworks across the People data stack. You should have a strong technical background (it doesn’t have to be HR/People domain experience), be comfortable working with data stakeholders across a People org, and be excited to learn and grow in the People Analytics Domain.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leverage our engineering stack, be creative and automate manual data analytics and reporting processes
  • Conduct data gathering, reporting and analysis needs for Executive Business Reviews and ad-hoc deep dives
  • Own preparation of reporting and slide-ready data exports for Executive Business Reviews
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders (People Systems, Finance, Data Platform, Recruiting Operations and more) to prepare, validate, and document datasets used for People reporting
  • Help build and automate recurring reporting based on existing frameworks and stakeholder feedback
  • Partner with data warehouse engineering and data stakeholders to improve accuracy, freshness, lineage, and robustness of core People datasets
  • Develop ad hoc data pipelines and rigorous data validations to support high-stakes executive reporting and deep-dive analyses

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years in an analytics role (data analysis, data engineering, business intelligence, consulting or similar) at a high-growth organization
  • High performing and highly dependable, comfortable operating with rigor in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail
  • Strong SQL expertise
  • Comfortable cleaning, joining, and validating multi-source datasets and communicating data limitations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • experience preparing slide-ready charts/tables for leadership audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders and translate business questions into data requirements

Nice to have:

  • Strong Python and automation experience is a plus
  • Prior experience with HRIS/ATS/payroll data is a plus but not required
What we offer:
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family, with employer contributions to Health Savings Accounts
  • Pre-tax accounts for Health FSA, Dependent Care FSA, and commuter expenses (parking and transit)
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match
  • Paid parental leave (up to 24 weeks for birth parents and 20 weeks for non-birthing parents), plus paid medical and caregiver leave (up to 8 weeks)
  • Paid time off: flexible PTO for exempt employees and up to 15 days annually for non-exempt employees
  • 13+ paid company holidays, and multiple paid coordinated company office closures throughout the year for focus and recharge, plus paid sick or safe time (1 hour per 30 hours worked, or more, as required by applicable state or local law)
  • Mental health and wellness support
  • Employer-paid basic life and disability coverage
  • Annual learning and development stipend to fuel your professional growth
  • Daily meals in our offices, and meal delivery credits as eligible
  • Relocation support for eligible employees
  • Additional taxable fringe benefits, such as charitable donation matching and wellness stipends, may also be provided
