Help build and automate recurring reporting based on existing frameworks and stakeholder feedback
Partner with data warehouse engineering and data stakeholders to improve accuracy, freshness, lineage, and robustness of core People datasets
Develop ad hoc data pipelines and rigorous data validations to support high-stakes executive reporting and deep-dive analyses
Requirements:
2–4 years in an analytics role (data analysis, data engineering, business intelligence, consulting or similar) at a high-growth organization
High performing and highly dependable, comfortable operating with rigor in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail
Strong SQL expertise
Comfortable cleaning, joining, and validating multi-source datasets and communicating data limitations
Excellent written and verbal communication
experience preparing slide-ready charts/tables for leadership audiences
Demonstrated ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders and translate business questions into data requirements
Nice to have:
Strong Python and automation experience is a plus
Prior experience with HRIS/ATS/payroll data is a plus but not required
