Archer is looking for a People Data Analytics & Systems Analyst to optimize our people data, HR systems, and analytics workflows. This role is hands-on and high impact: you’ll combine data from multiple sources, build dashboards and insights, and help the People team make smarter workforce decisions.
Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain people data infrastructure: Organize, clean, and integrate structured and unstructured data from multiple sources, proactively identifying opportunities to improve data quality and reliability
Drive workforce insights and forecasting: Partner with Finance and People Operations teams to design and manage headcount tracking processes, enabling accurate workforce forecasts and strategic planning
Own HR systems and tools: Lead, evaluate, and optimize all People-related systems (e.g., Workday), ensuring workflows and reporting enable the team to operate efficiently and effectively
Turn data into action: Apply quantitative expertise to develop compelling dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders
Be hands-on and innovative: Execute current analytics deliverables while continuously improving processes, identifying automation opportunities, and implementing scalable solutions
Collaborate across teams: Support other People programs and ad hoc requests, bringing both strategic thinking and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to solve problems
Balance scrappy and structured approaches: Bring experience from startups where you’ve built things from the ground up, as well as insights from more established companies where processes, systems, and reporting are mature
Requirements:
5+ years of experience supporting People Data Analytics
Strong understanding of People data and the employee lifecycle processes (talent acquisition, talent development, workforce planning, DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), engagement, employee listening, learning and development etc.)
Experience in data visualization tools
Experience translating analytic insights into actionable recommendations for Archer’s People team and broader leadership team
Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
Excels in problem solving, critical thinking, and systems thinking
Strong writer and verbal communicator to internal and external audiences, with proven ability to influence and communicate effectively
Self-starter and fast learner, especially in ambiguity
you’ll need to define your own role at times and fill in gaps wherever needed
Nice to have:
Experience in related HR disciplines (compensation, recruiting, benefits, or compliance)
Project Management certification
Proficient with Greenhouse, Tableau, PowerBi, and various People Systems
