The People Data Analyst will play a critical role in transforming HR data into actionable insights that drive strategic workforce decisions. This role will use data from multiple sources to produce dynamic reporting and dashboards that support executive decision-making and HR strategy evolution. The analyst will advise on best practices for structuring, maintaining, and improving HR data quality while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and security.
Job Responsibility:
Integrate HR data from various systems (e.g., UKG, Workday, vendors, financial reporting, CRM and ATS systems) to produce impactful, strategically aligned people analytics
Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards for real-time access to people data using tools like Power BI and Excel
Create custom reports and visualizations to support executive-level presentations and strategic HR initiatives
Analyze trends in recruitment, retention, compensation, and performance to inform workforce planning and goal setting
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align people data with organizational strategy
Support HRIS system administration and optimization for HR platforms such as UKG and Workday, including implementation and data migration projects
Identify and resolve data discrepancies quickly and intuitively
Provide expert advice on HR data structure, governance, and quality improvement
Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance across all HR systems and processes
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR data analysis and reporting
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL for data manipulation and visualization
Hands-on experience with HR systems such as UKG and Workday, including custom reporting and system administration
Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot trends and anomalies in large datasets
Excellent communication and data visualization skills to present complex data clearly and concisely
Ability to think holistically about HR data and its impact on business success
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and security
Curious, fast learner with a passion for optimizing HRIS data and learning new technologies
Bachelor's degree in business administration, statistics, computer science, or other related field
