Job Responsibility:
Analyse employee data (HC, compensation, attrition, recruitment, retention, performance, training)
Compensation audit and data quality - establish and run regular audits on payroll-related data, benefits, and equity
Create reports, data visualizations, and dashboards to monitor key HR metrics
Support ongoing salary benchmarking
Support monthly and quarterly compensation and HR reports
Collaborate with various departments (BI, finance) to gather and understand data
Utilize advanced data analysis tools and AI technologies (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
Requirements:
Passion for data and people
2-5 years of experience in a data-heavy role (HR Analyst, Compensation Analyst, or Data Analyst)
Exceptional Excel skills (advanced formulas like VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Index-Match, Pivot tables)
Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Former C&B experience and basic understanding of market benchmarking methodology and salary surveys - an advantage
Professional fluency in English (written and verbal)
Proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive compensation information
