As People Data Analyst for Group IT, you will develop, maintain and deliver high-quality HR analytics and reporting solutions within the global Group IT function, translating complex workforce data into actionable insights and visualisations. This role supports data-driven decision-making across the organisation by ensuring accurate, timely and relevant people data is available to key stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Create and maintain HR KPI dashboards covering workforce analytics
Support regular and ad-hoc HR reporting needs
Translate stakeholder questions into actionable insights with clear presentation of findings
Ensure data accuracy and integrity for key HR figures
Deliver timely insights to all stakeholders
Support the automation of HR Reporting & Analytics processes
Implement new solutions, simplify processes, and leverage AI developments
Evaluate solutions to present key figures effectively
Advise stakeholders on finding the right HR analytics approaches
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Support interdisciplinary HR analytics initiatives
Represent Group IT requirements within the CoE People Analytics
Requirements:
Background in Data Analytics, Human Resources or a related field
Proven experience in HR Analytics, preferably within an international environment
Good understanding of HR metrics
Strong analytical thinking skills
Keen eye for detail
Experience in creating data-driven dashboards to answer business questions
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau
Python coding knowledge being advantageous
Strong communication skills
Ability to present complex information appropriately for different audiences
Working in a structured, independent way
Comfortable with ambiguity
Fluent communication in English
