Join us for a unique opportunity to showcase two one-of-a-kind lifestyle hotel brands coming to the idyllic Cala Llonga beach in Ibiza! Mondrian Ibiza is a sleek wonderland with 154 guest rooms and highly designed public spaces, including an expansive terrace with bay views. Hyde Ibiza is a festival-inspired food lovers paradise and showcase for music and nightlife, featuring 401 rooms with natural textures and artisan touches. Together the properties will have 7 restaurant and bar outlets, ranging from premium sushi and an ocean-to-table Balearic fare, all of them highly programmed. The hotels are operated by Ennismore, the fastest growing lifestyle hospitality company, in collaboration with Grupo Azul Mar Cala Llonga owned by Apollo.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support recruitment and selection processes to attract a diverse and talented workforce
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
  • Manage and optimize our HR software to enhance operational efficiency
  • Provide support in health and safety (PRL) initiatives to promote a safe working environment
  • Coordinate training and development programs to facilitate employee growth and skill enhancement
  • Oversee employee accommodation arrangements to ensure a positive living experience
  • Assist with operational HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and activities
  • Address employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to management and staff
  • Participate in the design and launch of internal communications through our internal platform, sharing useful (and fun) information, promoting team activities and engagement initiatives, and ensuring that everyone is connected and informed

Requirements:

  • EU Nationality is required
  • Fluent English and Spanish
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency or knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Canva, and other programmes useful for performing the duties of the position
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
