18 Month - Leadership Development Program. You have a customized INSPIRE Program Outline, with two types of structures: Cross-exposure – Rotate between several teams across Talent Acquisition and Health & Wellness. Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Human Resources, with exposure to Talent Acquisition, employee relations, or HR operations
  • Previous supervisory experience and a strong desire to develop as a leader
  • A post-secondary degree in Human Resources or Business is an asset, but all disciplines are welcome
