18 Month - Leadership Development Program. Specialization – Develop your expertise by working in one division, spending 9 months in each focus area before transitioning. Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience in Human Resources, with exposure to Talent Acquisition, employee relations, or HR operations
Previous supervisory experience and a strong desire to develop as a leader
A post-secondary degree in Human Resources or Business is an asset, but all disciplines are welcome
