We are looking for a high-impact People & Culture Executive who can partner closely with leadership and employees to strengthen culture, engagement, and workplace experience. This role goes beyond operations—it requires strong people judgment, leadership conversations, and hands-on execution across the employee lifecycle.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a trusted people partner for employees and leaders, handling conversations with maturity, discretion, and empathy
Own and drive employee engagement initiatives, including GPTW programs, surveys, action planning, and culture-building activities
Collaborate with leadership on people effectiveness, engagement risks & retention strategies
Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and share actionable insights with stakeholders
Partnering multiple teams to ensure consistency in people-practices & employee experience
Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in People & Culture / HR / Employee Engagement roles
Hands-on experience with event management, engagement programs, performance management system, story telling, HR Analytics and people welfare initiatives
Strong communication, conflict handling, and stakeholder management skills
MBA / Master’s in HR or a related discipline (preferred)
Nice to have:
Experience in culture surveys, employee wellness programs & POSH compliance
Exposure to mid-sized MNC environments with evolving people practices & culture
Strong orientation toward employee experience and people support
