Job Description:

We are looking for a high-impact People & Culture Executive who can partner closely with leadership and employees to strengthen culture, engagement, and workplace experience. This role goes beyond operations—it requires strong people judgment, leadership conversations, and hands-on execution across the employee lifecycle.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a trusted people partner for employees and leaders, handling conversations with maturity, discretion, and empathy
  • Own and drive employee engagement initiatives, including GPTW programs, surveys, action planning, and culture-building activities
  • Collaborate with leadership on people effectiveness, engagement risks & retention strategies
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle journeys – onboarding experience, performance touchpoints, engagement forums, grievance redressal, and exit interviews
  • Plan and execute internal events, employer branding initiatives, and culture programs that reinforce organizational values
  • Handle employee concerns & redressals, ensuring timely resolution & high-trust environment
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and share actionable insights with stakeholders
  • Partnering multiple teams to ensure consistency in people-practices & employee experience

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in People & Culture / HR / Employee Engagement roles
  • Hands-on experience with event management, engagement programs, performance management system, story telling, HR Analytics and people welfare initiatives
  • Strong communication, conflict handling, and stakeholder management skills
  • MBA / Master’s in HR or a related discipline (preferred)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in culture surveys, employee wellness programs & POSH compliance
  • Exposure to mid-sized MNC environments with evolving people practices & culture
  • Strong orientation toward employee experience and people support
