Job Responsibility:
Support and advise coworkers and managers throughout HR processes, in line with local legislation and company procedures, ensuring that IKEA culture and values are present in everything we do
Ensure that coworkers have the required uniforms, personal protective equipment, and company identification
Collaborate with the External Prevention Service (SPA) in the annual planning (training, drills, technical visits, etc.) to ensure coworker safety
Organize initial and periodic medical check-ups, training sessions, and the updating of emergency teams, in line with occupational risk prevention regulations
Ensure that preventive activities are carried out according to the Occupational Risk Assessment plan
Deliver training related to emergency plans and internal emergency codes when needed
Complete attendance reports and carry out accident investigations for incidents occurring during service
Communicate and follow up on cases of Specially Sensitive Workers (TES), ensuring job adaptation when needed
Ensure the implementation of Equality Plan measures and keep records of related indicators, providing data to the area coordination team
Apply the company-approved benefits system and propose new actions and initiatives that contribute to continuous improvement of the strategy
Prepare and publish internal HR communications, following guidance from the manager or Service Office
Keep internal communication spaces in the store and PUOPs updated, clear, and well organized
Propose improvements to internal communication spaces to help us reach more people
Encourage the use of communication channels among coworkers
Collaborate and support any events or activities organized in the store and service points
Visit the store and PUOPs to ensure close HR presence, strengthening IKEA values and culture
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role (6 months to 1 year)
Degree in Labor Relations and/or Psychology
Additional training such as Train-the-Trainer, Occupational Risk Prevention, or a Master’s in Human Resources
