As our new People and Culture Product Owner for KFC South Pacific, reporting to our Innovation and TMX Manager, you will be delivering on the KFC Team & Customer Experience strategy by developing and leading Employee Experiences across the Team Member Experience (TMX), Product Portfolio.

Job Responsibility

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Drive the product vision for People & Culture systems using a human-centered design approach, acting as the voice of the employee
  • Roadmaps & Backlogs: Own, drive, and develop the product roadmaps and backlogs aligned with business strategy to consistently enhance the Employee Experience
  • Agile Leadership: Own and operate the full agile planning and delivery cadences, including goal setting, ideation, testing, backlog management, and implementation
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Drive ongoing engagement with internal and external stakeholders and vendors to align system evolution with strategic needs, compliance, and enhanced experience
  • Requirements & Testing: Work with functional owners to define business needs, validate ideas through recurrent feedback loops, and ensure all product backlog items (PBIs) meet requirements and desired user experience
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure products remain compliant with all current rules and regulations, and that all production deployments are cleared via QA and business teams
  • Team & Knowledge Leadership: Drive the TMX Analyst to ensure effective change management, training, and communication and that all product knowledge bases and artifacts are created and maintained
  • Project & Partner Coordination: Coordinate Tech Leads and SMEs across all phases of product management, including preparing for quarterly planning sessions to resolve dependencies, risks, and issues
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Define success criteria/measures to ensure evaluation and use data to demonstrate and drive resolutions
  • Culture Advocacy: Embrace KFC's culture and values

Requirements

  • Degree or certification in Human Resources or Education/Product Lead/Management/Owner
  • Experience in People & Culture, including systems such as (Time & Attendance, ATS/HRIS, Learning Management, Safety Management, Comms & Engagement)
  • Experience in Product Lead/Management/Owner experience
  • Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on collaboration and feedback integration
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Project/change management capability preferred
