As our People & Culture Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving a high-performing culture. You will be responsible for designing and implementing employee engagement and talent management strategies that align with our ambitious business goals.
Job Responsibility
Cultivate organisational culture – Developing and implementing initiatives to foster a strong organisational culture that drives high performance and employee well-being
Drive employee engagement – Designing and executing comprehensive engagement strategies and programs to boost employee effectiveness and create a positive environment
Learning & Development Initiatives – Implementing our L&D strategy by designing training programs on leadership and technical skills in close collaboration with our key leaders
Oversee talent management & development – Designing and executing talent programs, including coaching, mentorship, and career planning
Promote leadership development – Enhancing leadership capabilities across the organisation to drive innovation and growth
Support HR's overall strategy – Contributing to the development of HR initiatives aligned with business objectives to ensure the organisation achieves its goals
Data analysis and decision making – Leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic actions and improve overall organisational performance
Requirements
HR Expertise – You have 7+ years of experience in HR, with proficiency in Cultural Design, Change Management, L&D, and Internal Communication, developed in scale-ups or corporations (600+ employees)
Engagement & People Experience – Demonstrated ability to create engaging employee experiences and foster a supportive work environment
L&D Strategy & Facilitation – Proven track record in defining training strategies and conducting workshops in both Italian and English
Business Acumen – You design and scale processes that drive excellence and deliver clear business value
Executive Presence – You are a natural communicator, able to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and influence C-suite leaders
Language Proficiency – Fluent in English and Italian
