Job Description:

To support the management of the organization’s people and culture, including recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, mobility, talent acquisition, diversity, organization development, and co-worker relations. The role also involves supporting managers on talent issues, ensuring various people goals are met, and implementing co-worker relations solutions at the country level.

Job Responsibility:

Execute operational requirements, delivering people and culture solutions in assigned units to achieve operational goals and objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement a comprehensive range of people and culture solutions and activities in assigned units
Represent people and culture in the development of strategic and business plans
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency in application of reward structures
Manage performance reviews and onboarding and off boarding activities
Engage with business on workforce, talent, co-worker engagement, organizational effectiveness and change management
Support Managers about talent issues including onboarding requests, coaching on performance management, and other issues
Responsible for implementing people approaches and all aspects of the people within respective units
Ensure talent and succession goals are achieved
Identify labor issues and create action plans
Participate in performance reviews and calibration sessions and PIP programs as needed

Requirements:

University degree and 2 years of related experience, or minimum 5 years of related experience
