As People & Culture Manager, you will be a member of the IKEA Delft Management Team. You will act as a strategic business partner while driving an inclusive, engaging, and development-focused work environment. You will help our co-workers and leaders grow, strengthen our unique IKEA culture, and ensure that people and business objectives go hand in hand. In doing so, you will contribute every day to a workplace where people feel welcome, can be themselves, and are empowered to perform at their best.
Job Responsibility
Lead and drive the People & Culture agenda for IKEA Delft, ensuring successful execution
Translate the global People & Culture strategy into local initiatives that support our ambitions and business results
Partner with the Management Team on talent development, succession planning, and organizational development
Coach, inspire, and develop the People & Culture team
Build and maintain strong, constructive relationships with the Works Council and labor unions
Foster a healthy, safe, and inclusive work environment where well-being, engagement, and sustainable employability are central
Support leaders through change, growth, and the development of high-performing teams
Connect people, culture, and performance to deliver sustainable business results
Requirements
Extensive experience in leadership, talent development, and change management
A strong business partner who naturally connects people and business results
Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to inspire and engage others through change
Experience in stakeholder management, employee relations, and collaboration with Works Councils and labor unions
Resilient, decisive, and comfortable in an environment that is constantly evolving
Curious by nature, eager to learn, and committed to helping others grow and develop
Fluent in both Dutch and English
