As People & Culture Manager, you will lead all aspects of human resources, employee engagement, recruitment, and employee relations within the hotel. You will partner closely with the General Manager and leadership team to build a high-performing culture, support managers, and ensure best-in-class HR practices aligned with Irish employment legislation. This is a key leadership role suited to an experienced HR Manager / People & Culture professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about developing people and teams.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the full HR / People & Culture function across the hotel
Manage recruitment and onboarding to attract and retain top hospitality talent
Support and coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and HR best practice
Ensure compliance with Irish employment law and company policies
Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives
Lead training and development programmes in line with business needs
Support workforce planning and succession planning strategies
Manage HR administration including contracts, policies, and employee records
Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees
Contribute to Great Place to Work initiatives and employer branding
Requirements:
Previous experience in Human Resources or People & Culture, ideally within hospitality or a service-led environment
Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and employment relations
Experience in HR administration, recruitment, and employee engagement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Nice to have:
Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment
CIPD qualification or equivalent
Experience supporting leadership teams in a multi-department environment
