The Hillgrove Hotel, part of The iNUA Hotel Collection, Ireland's leading regional hotel group, is seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to join the team. Job Responsibility

  • HR Strategy & Operations: Partner with hotel leadership to align the People Strategy with business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with Irish Employment Law and HR Best Practices
  • Talent Development & Training: Develop and implement innovative Training and Development programs to empower our team and enhance their skillsets
  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead the Recruitment process for the hotel, attracting and hiring top hospitality talent who embody the iNUA spirit
  • Employee Engagement & Retention: Champion our engagement strategy, cultivating a positive, inclusive, and thriving work environment where colleagues feel valued and supported

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a dedicated People & Culture or Human Resources role, ideally within a Hotel or the broader Hospitality Industry
  • A relevant qualification (Bachelor's Degree) in Human Resources Management, Business, or equivalent professional experience
  • A strategic, passionate leader with a proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams
  • Strong practical knowledge of Irish Employment Law, employee relations, and HR management systems
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced Hotel environment and excels at building strong, positive relationships
