Job Description:

As Market People & Culture Manager you will be a core member of the Management team that is in charge of leading both the Logan and North Lakes store. Your responsibilities include implementing the Co-worker Relations plan, securing the Global and Country People Strategy, and leading the store People and Culture team to provide an excellent Co-worker experience.

Job Responsibility:

Implement the Co-worker Relations plan
Secure the Global and Country People Strategy
Establish a high standard of excellence
Build and develop a robust relationship with the Market Manager
Business partner with Unit Management team
Secure the unit competence and development plan
Secure a succession process and plan
Lead and develop the store People and Culture team

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of People & Culture experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in people manager role
Proven experience in working with staff budgets
Coaching and securing successors
Securing delivery of learning and competence development

Nice to have:

Strategic, tactical and operationally minded
Proactive in identifying and addressing workforce challenges
Champion for diversity and inclusion
Adept at analysing people metrics
