Job Description

We’re looking for a creative strategist and hands-on executor to help us build a culture of performance and belonging. This is a role for a 'thinker-doer.' You will support the People & Culture strategy by driving engagement, streamlining how we work, and ensuring our team feels connected globally.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and implement initiatives that drive our company culture
  • Lead the strategy for company celebrations, online events, and team-building activities
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in the different stages of our employee lifecycle
  • Monitor 'Culture Pulse' data
  • Act as a culture-first partner to People Business Partners, ensuring that even administrative tasks (like onboarding) are infused with our brand values and a high-performance mindset

Requirements

  • solid experience in HR or Culture-focused roles which required process design and leadership of optimization, as well as hands-on implementation
  • Proven ability to take an idea from 'proposal' to 'reality' across a distributed team
  • You know how to write engaging internal comms and host online events that people want to participate in
  • Comfortable with HRIS, Google Suite, and tools for project management and virtual engagement (Slack, online meeting facilitation, Mentimeter, etc.)
  • Advanced English speaking and writing skills are a must

Not a must, but plus points for international experience and/or experience in matrix organizations
