Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is currently looking for an enthusiastic People and Culture Intern to join the Team!

Job Responsibility:

  • The P&C Intern is the first smiling face employees and applicants meet upon entering into the office and provides clerical support to the department
  • Responds to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum employee, applicant or vendor satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and care to work with cross-functional teams
  • Outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request
  • Accuracy and well developed organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and confidentiality
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language.
