Provide support and clerical expertise to People & Culture Department and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum employee, applicant or vendor satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
Job Responsibility:
Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, faxing and answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards
Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
Update and maintain the hotel's bulletin boards for sharing hotel information with all staff
Audit monthly attendance record and ensure the accuracy of the data in Landa system
Assist with employee Check-in and Check-out procedures
Requirements:
Run well relationship with all hotel departments
Cooperate with Engineering to keep well running of the whole department to offer support to hotel operation
Excellent reading, writing & oral proficiency in the English language
Excellent reading, writing & oral proficiency in Mandarin and English are essential
Work authorization in China is required
