Job Description

Provide support and clerical expertise to People & Culture Department and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum employee, applicant or vendor satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, faxing and answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards
  • Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Update and maintain the hotel's bulletin boards for sharing hotel information with all staff
  • Audit monthly attendance record and ensure the accuracy of the data in Landa system
  • Assist with employee Check-in and Check-out procedures

Requirements

  • Run well relationship with all hotel departments
  • Cooperate with Engineering to keep well running of the whole department to offer support to hotel operation
  • Excellent reading, writing & oral proficiency in the English language
  • Excellent reading, writing & oral proficiency in Mandarin and English are essential
  • Work authorization in China is required
