Job Responsibility

  • Execute operational People tasks at unit level to deliver an excellent co-worker experience
  • Build local business competence and performance by setting and working on relevant People goals
  • Ensure recruitment and onboarding of the right talents with the right contracts in close collaboration with the Unit P&C Manager and People Planning Specialist
  • Ensure and deliver learning & training at unit level (unless delivered by the P&C Manager)
  • Secure co-worker engagement and retention by understanding co-worker conditions and needs
  • Implement Health & Wellbeing initiatives at unit level
  • Ensure local employer communication is consistent, well perceived and contributes to the IKEA brand
  • Implement co-worker relations plans that manage local co-worker interactions and ensure compliance with labour relations principles, policies, procedures and laws

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of relevant HR experience is mandatory
  • Passionate about people and committed to unlocking their potential to drive business performance
  • Dedicated to creating an excellent co-worker experience throughout the co-worker journey
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, multi-dimensional environment with both tactical and operational tasks
