Job Description:

As a People & Culture Generalist, you'll contribute to tactical and operational People & Culture processes, supporting recruitment, onboarding, transformation, and coworker development. You'll balance tactical tasks with fostering a supportive environment aligned with IKEA values.

Job Responsibility:

Partnering with People & Culture Leader and Managers to attract and nurture talent
collaborating on recruitment and onboarding aligned with IKEA values
developing and refining People & Culture processes and practices
supporting change management
providing guidance on reintegration, working conditions, and legal matters

Requirements:

Insights into Swedish labour law
international recruitment
skill development
outstanding HR partnering skills
ability to communicate transparently, simply, and constructively
goal-oriented and responsible action
ability to collaborate and work independently
