Job Description:

People & Culture Generalist role at IKEA Dongbusan focusing on delivering excellent co-worker experience and strong IKEA culture through HR operations, competence development, and employee engagement

Job Responsibility:

Execute key People & Culture operations at unit level
Support competence, performance and engagement by setting People goals
Coordinate learning and ensure effective onboarding and recruitment
Drive retention and wellbeing through understanding co-worker needs
Implement Health & Wellbeing initiatives
Ensure clear, consistent and engaging employer communication
Manage co-worker relations and secure compliance with labor relations principles
Foster a positive workplace

Requirements:

Proven HR experience with strong record in developing people and organizations
Ability to plan and implement long-term actions aligned with budgets and goals
Solid knowledge of labor rights and obligations
Ability to build constructive and trustful relations with employees, employers, trade unions and government
Skilled at engaging co-workers across the co-worker journey
Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills
Self-driven, organized
Experienced in working within a global matrix organization
Deep understanding of IKEA's culture and vision
