Job Description:

In the role as People & Culture Generalist, you are responsible for efficient, effective, and consistent execution of all people related activities and processes in Service Office and Market Customer Distribution Center. You will report to the People & Culture Manager, Service Office.

Job Responsibility:

Executing operational people related tasks and daily routines on unit level
Support the building of local business competence & performance
Ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment and on-boarding of the new talents
Executing trainings for co-workers and managers
Supporting and coaching managers on all people related matters

Requirements:

Passionate about people and unlocking their potential to contribute to business results
Dedicated to contributing to a great co-worker experience
Enjoy working in a vibrant and changing multi-dimensional environment
Demonstrate general leadership ability and effectiveness with the capacity to handle multiple priorities, initiatives, interfaces, and tasks
Knowledge of how to implement long-term plans
Express ideas and opinions effectively - with ability to influence and inspire
Background in Human Resources or managerial experience
Proven record of developing people & organisations
Knowledge of the collective agreement for commercial sector
Fluent in Finnish and English
