Job Responsibility:
Provide support to both site leadership and employees on any HR related topics and activities
Responsible for the operational daily management of HR activities
Responsible for handling employee relations issues as they arise, such as conducting investigations and working with management to determine appropriate level of discipline as needed
Support recruitment efforts at the site
Will work with the Talent Acquisition and Development Partner to fill openings and recruit in the Canton/Boston area
Implement and communicate HR Policies and/or Procedures and Processes
Maintain professional knowledge within the HR field
Be the ambassador of Fagron Family Rules, Values and Culture
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources or related field
SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred
5+ years of Human Resources experience
Prior experience in pharmaceutical industry or manufacturing environment is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
