Job Description:

People & Culture Generalist position at IKEA Food, responsible for securing and nurturing IKEA culture and leadership while setting pre-conditions for a healthy and high-performing organization and workplace where people perform and deliver, learn, and develop.

Job Responsibility:

Act as local P&C partner for two Range Areas
Work with wide range of P&C assignments covering all P&C processes
Work both inside Range Areas and across IKEA Food as total
Work closely with managers and co-workers
Support, challenge and coach for growth
Secure and nurture IKEA culture and leadership
Set pre-conditions for healthy and high-performing organization and workplace

Requirements:

Years of experience within HR or a relevant field
Experience providing HR know-how in areas such as labor law, work environment and compensation
Experience developing, facilitating and leading initiatives, workshops and change processes
Strong values based leadership establishing trust and effective working relationships
Ability to prioritize and handle combination of different tasks on different levels
Strong communication skills
Fluent in both spoken and written English
