Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Business partnering with functional and senior leadership teams to develop and drive the people agenda
executing operational People tasks within portfolio functions
securing engagement and retention through understanding co-worker conditions
supporting team competence and performance aligned with People goals
ensuring delivery of learning and training at the country level
implementing a co-worker relations plan for managing local interactions and upholding labour principles, policies, and laws

Requirements:

Degree in human resources
proven experience as a human resource generalist
detailed knowledge across the full range of HR topics
highly developed communication skills
ability to lead, develop and influence others
strong coaching and mentoring techniques
proven ability to build and strengthen key relationships
passionate about people and unlocking their potential
highly experienced HR generalist comfortable with strategic, operational, and administrative tasks
advocate of change and transformation
ability to compliment communication channels through tailored People plans
