IKEA Tampere store, with 300 co-workers, is now looking for a People & Culture generalist to join their team. In this role, you’ll help create an inspiring IKEA experience by supporting our co-workers and leaders, ensuring our people strategies come to life every day.
Job Responsibility:
Executing operational people related tasks and daily routines on unit level, e.g. on- and offboarding related tasks
Support the building of local business competence & performance by setting and working on relevant people goals
Ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment and on-boarding of the new talents
Executing trainings for co-workers and managers
Supporting and coaching managers on all people related matters
Work towards key objectives for the role
Requirements:
A strong HR foundation – understanding labour rights and obligations and know how to build trustful relationships between co-workers
Ability to take responsibility and act independently, while being a true team player who supports and couch managers in all people related matters
A proactive mindset with a drive to improve and innovate
The courage to lead by example, living IKEA values
A results-oriented attitude
Clear and effective communication skills, communicating fluently in both Finnish and English (written and spoken)
