Job Description:

The People & Culture Generalist contributes to people development, ensures HR strategies are effectively implemented, and provides support in people management and leadership. The role is based in Warsaw, Poland, and requires fluent English. IKEA seeks candidates with relevant HR experience and passion for its values.

Job Responsibility:

Understand business context, issues, and challenges to provide specific advice and support to managers and co-workers
Support in attracting, recruiting, and maintaining talents based on business needs and facilitating competence flow within and cross-business units
Being a role model for IKEA Culture & Values and by that secure legal, ethical, and moral perspective in people management and leadership situations
Lead execution of P&C year cycle operational tasks
Contribute to building business competence and leadership development by supporting managers and co-workers according to agreed development plans
Support managers with labor law guidance, performance improvement plans and difficult cases
Leading projects and assignments connected to our HR processes in various areas

Requirements:

At least 3-5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist or Business Partner
Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
