We’re seeking a People & Culture Coordinator who brings strong attention to detail, confidence in working with systems and data and a genuine interest in supporting the employee lifecycle end‑to‑end. Job Responsibility:
Act as the first point of contact for People & Culture process‑related queries across the business
Coordinate the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, employment changes, leave and exit processes
Support delivery of OD, L&D and P&C programs
Support internal communications and content updates across systems and platforms
Report on and maintain people metrics, translating data into clear and actionable insights
Maintain employee data and records
Provide administrative support across employment relations matters and initiatives
Support payroll administration and processing as required
Partner with the P&C team to identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve systems, and enhance employee experience
Requirements:
A tertiary qualification in HR, Psychology or a related business discipline
2+ years’ experience in a People & Culture/ HR coordination role, ideally in a fast‑paced, operational environment
Experience working with HRIS systems and/ or HR data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable style
High level of organisation, administration skills, attention to detail and accuracy
Proven ability to prioritise workload, manage competing demands and meet deadlines
Strong MS Office skills, ability to pick up new software and emerging technology quickly
A collaborative, professional, proactive mindset with strong values alignment
Nice to have:
Experience with Payroll would be considered an advantage
