We are seeking a detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to join our dynamic team within the financial services and wealth management industry. In this role, you will report to the Manager of HR Operations, serving as a vital link in our administrative chain. You will be responsible for the seamless delivery of front-line support, managing employee inquiries, and ensuring our HRIS and personnel records remain impeccable.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the first point of contact for the HR mailbox, addressing policy and process questions
Execute high-volume data entry into our HRIS (Workday), maintaining a gold standard of accuracy
Manage end-to-end logistics for HR initiatives, including education assistance and service awards
Draft and customize complex employment letters, offer packages, and status change documents
Monitor employee eligibility (right to work) and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Assist the broader HR team with sophisticated tasks including invoicing, internal audits, reporting, and survey distribution
Requirements:
At least 2 years of dedicated HR administrative experience within a corporate environment
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business or HR Administration
Advanced proficiency in MS Office
A solid grasp of Canadian employment standards and human rights legislation
Exceptional verbal and written English skills
Nice to have:
Experience specifically within financial services and wealth management
Hands-on experience with Workday
French bilingualism
