Job Description

The People & Culture Consultant at NTT DATA will lead a team in the Netherlands, focusing on HR strategies and employee engagement. This role requires expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and employee relations, with responsibilities including talent development and cultural transformation. Job Responsibility

  • To lead a team of 2 P&C professionals in the Netherlands – with 300 employees to support in a European environment of 4000+ employees
  • Duel reporting to P&C leadership and Business Lead
  • The P&C consultant is an advanced subject matter expert, responsible for proactively supporting the design and implementation of strategies relating to HR and also provides general HR support

Requirements

  • Provide people managers guidance w.r.t people processes, policies and practices specific to business, regional and/or local context
  • Provide P&C workers council guidance
  • Facilitate and Guide Leaders/People Managers on Talent development programs, Talent Reviews and Talent Issues
  • Supports the communication and implementation of HR programs to managers and employees
  • Supports hiring, onboarding and exit processes for assigned business units
  • Tracks HR metrics such as turnover, retention, engagement, training and reports results
  • Advises people managers on Employee relations processes (progressive discipline, workforce reductions etc.)
  • Executes cultural transformation and engagement initiatives
  • Runs agreed DEI programs for the assigned business units
  • Has substantial work experience with HR system SAP success factors
  • Is responsible for the execution of the process with the works council
  • Has knowledge and work experience with the law "Poortwachter"
  • Advanced knowledge of Dutch pension legislation
  • Has leadership experience
  • Deliver support in sales processes if the concern P&C subjects
  • Working proficiency in Dutch language is necessary
