In this role, you will build and lead Haypp Group’s global People & Culture communications, with a clear focus on supporting growth, collaboration, and a strong employee experience across markets. This is a hands-on role where you shape clear, engaging narratives around how Haypp evolves, grows, and develops, bringing strategy, people priorities, and initiatives to life through communication that builds alignment, energy, and momentum.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and manage a multi-channel internal communication setup
  • Enable leaders to communicate confidently through toolkits and key messages
  • Drive development of the digital intranet/employee platform as a central engagement hub
  • Apply employee experience thinking to onboarding and internal transitions
  • Oversee strong written, visual, and digital content using storytelling and design
  • Plan and deliver engaging live and virtual events like town halls and leadership sessions
  • Establish communication principles and best practices across People & Culture
  • Measure impact through engagement data and feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years’ experience in Internal Communications / P&C Communications/ Change Communications
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate strategy, change, and complex topics into clear, human, engaging messaging
  • Strong storytelling capability, able to shape compelling narratives that strengthen culture, clarity, and connection
  • Hands-on creator of People & Culture communication content, including leadership communication, change communication, onboarding, employee experience stories, and engagement campaigns
  • Ability to move seamlessly from strategy to execution, drafting, editing, designing, and publishing content independently when needed
  • Deep experience in digital internal communication (intranets, employee platforms, collaboration tools, video, and multi-channel communication)
  • Data-informed approach, using analytics, engagement insights, and feedback to shape and continuously improve communication impact
  • Strong understanding of employee experience and how communication shapes culture, belonging, and engagement across the employee lifecycle
