Job Description:

To support the management of the organization’s people and culture, including activities such as recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, mobility, talent acquisition, diversity, talent management, and organisation development. Responsible for implementing people approaches, managing co-worker issues, and supporting managers

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with stakeholders to implement a comprehensive range of people and culture solutions and activities in assigned units
Represent people and culture in the development of strategic and business plans
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency in application of reward structures
Manage performance reviews and onboarding and offboarding activities
Engage with business on workforce, talent, co-worker engagement, organizational effectiveness and change management
Support Managers about talent issues
Responsible for implementing people approaches and all aspects of the people within the respective units
Ensure budget approval for any personal data and mass data changes
Review benefits metrics and targets proposed by CoE Specialist
Participate in strategic business meetings and decisions
Localize global principles and guidelines and ensure they are implemented in the people planning process

Requirements:

University degree and 2 years of related experience or minimum 5 years of related experience
