Job Responsibility:
Partnering with leaders to design and implement team structures that optimise effectiveness
Providing 1:1 coaching to enhance capability and navigating complex performance management to achieve high-standard outcomes
Leading labour planning initiatives to ensure the right talent is in place to meet long-term growth and immediate operational needs
Applying structured change management and project governance to transition staff through organisational shifts with high engagement
Providing expert guidance on Australian employment law to resolve sensitive matters while achieving respectful outcomes
Requirements:
Prior experience as a HR Generalist or Business Partner (3+ years) ideally within a complex technical or highly regulated environment
