As the People & Culture Business Partner, you will act as a critical bridge between strategic objectives and people capabilities. Reporting to an engaging Chief People Officer, you will help shape the teams that drive this organisation’s mission forward.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partnering with leaders to design and implement team structures that optimise effectiveness
  • Providing 1:1 coaching to enhance capability and navigating complex performance management to achieve high-standard outcomes
  • Leading labour planning initiatives to ensure the right talent is in place to meet long-term growth and immediate operational needs
  • Applying structured change management and project governance to transition staff through organisational shifts with high engagement
  • Providing expert guidance on Australian employment law to resolve sensitive matters while achieving respectful outcomes

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a HR Generalist or Business Partner (3+ years) ideally within a complex technical or highly regulated environment
