Have you ever dreamt of working with people & culture, startups, and the founders bold enough to build the future? Then this is your moment. We're offering a truly one-of-a-kind opportunity to get hands-on experience across the full spectrum of P&C: recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, leadership development, workshop design, and everything in between. No two days will look the same, and you'll be contributing from day one. At PSV, we build and back startups with the potential to change the world. As a venture house, we bring two decades of experience in VC fund building, startup investing, and portfolio management. Born out of DTU, the Technical University of Denmark, we operate at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship, and capital. Building great companies starts with building great teams, and that's exactly where People & Culture comes in. PSV is a place where people care deeply about their work, about each other, and about finding and building the next generation of unicorns. If you want to grow fast, be surrounded by driven people, and feel like your work genuinely makes a difference, look no further.
