We are seeking a People & Culture Advisor to provide high-quality, responsive HR support across the employee lifecycle, contributing to a positive and consistent employee experience. Working closely with the People & Culture team, you will support operational HR processes and provide timely, accurate advice to employees and leaders across a diverse organisation with multiple service streams and teams (including Aged Care Services and Early Childhood Education and Care).
Job Responsibility:
Provide end‑to‑end HR operational support across the employee lifecycle
Support recruitment processes, including job ads, pre‑employment checks and onboarding
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
Prepare contracts, variations and employment documentation
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and P&C projects
Requirements:
2–3 years’ experience in an HR operations or advisory role
Strong organisation skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent customer service and attention to detail
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.

$81,905 to $90,402 annual base salary depending on your experience (pro-rata)
