Job Responsibility:
Support People Managers across diverse operations
Collaborate with key business leaders, internal and external stakeholders to promote change and fairness
Guide, lead & manage the broad range of HR activities and projects
Requirements:
Mid-level career
HR Manager - solo in small to medium business
HR Advisor - in a team looking to expand experience
Solid background as a generalist
Must be familiar with Australian Employment obligations / Understanding of EBA interpretations
Undertakes workplace investigations
Comfortable delivering small group training sessions in HR related areas
Will not be required to undertake traditional recruitment - only on adhoc basis if at all
