Job Responsibility:

  • Execute People & Culture administrative tasks in line with Service Level agreements including e.g. updating personnel files, people data compiling and administration, preparing contracts, scheduling, timekeeping, booking and coordinating People & Culture related travel, meetings and events
  • Execute administrative tasks linked to Learning & Development in line with Service Level agreements including e.g. scheduling trainings, arranging meeting rooms, registering participants and facilitators
  • Collaborate closely within the Administration team to share best practices and prevent duplications of work
  • Continuously contribute to the improvement service delivery aiming for the highest and the most uniform standard

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of how to implement plans, according to set budgets and goals
  • Knowledge of how to systematically create, capture, share, manage and utilise knowledge within IKEA and between co-workers
  • Knowledge of how to organise, store and maintain records and information across IKEA
  • Knowledge of how to use IKEA standards and manuals to follow rules, comply to standards and provide direction
  • Knowledge of creating, following and maintaining guiding framework documents with internal and/or external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of IKEAs corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure right representation
