Within this team, the P&C Administrator is essential in maintaining the foundation of our operations, ensuring that data is accurate, processes are compliant, and daily administration runs smoothly. By doing so, we enable better decision-making, support business continuity, and contribute to a better co-worker experience. As part of the P&C Delivery team, we are responsible for ensuring that People & Culture operations are executed with accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across the organization. We play a key role as an operational backbone, translating global standards into reliable local execution and supporting co-workers and stakeholders through well-managed processes and high-quality data.
Job Responsibility:
Execute P&C administrative tasks in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA), including personnel file updates and people data management
Support payroll and Total Rewards-related administrative processes to ensure timely and compliant operations
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and secure handling of co-worker information
Work closely with Unit P&C and GBO to maintain accurate and consistent HR data
Collaborate closely within the Administration team to share best practices and prevent duplications of work
Maintain systems and tools to ensure process and data accuracy
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
Support ongoing transformation in People Operations, ensuring smooth data and process alignment
Requirements:
Knowledge of how to create, manage, and utilise knowledge, records, and HR information
Ability to follow IKEA standards and ensure compliance in daily operations
Collaborative and communicative, with the ability to work across local and global teams
Comfortable communicating in both Korean and English (verbal & written)
Detail-oriented and structured, with the ability to handle HR data with high accuracy
Experience in HR administration, payroll, or data handling, or willingness to learn
Experience or openness to working with HR systems and tools
Understanding of IKEA values and the vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people
Proactively identifies what needs to be done, rather than waiting for instructions, and takes action to make things better
Seeks to improve ways of working, simplify processes and drive efficiency
