Job Description:

My client is looking for a proactive and people-focused People & Culture Administrator to step into a busy, standalone HR role. You'll be the go‑to person for all day‑to‑day HR support, keeping things moving at pace and ensuring a smooth experience for employees and managers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries
  • Managing onboarding, employee lifecycle administration and HR documentation
  • Coordinating recruitment, interviews and new starter processes
  • Supporting monthly payroll changes and maintaining absence/holiday records
  • Championing the HR system, helping managers use it effectively
  • Assisting with people projects such as performance processes and engagement initiatives
  • Providing light ER admin support where needed

Requirements:

  • HR Administrator/Coordinator experience (standalone or autonomous role preferred)
  • Confident working at pace and managing a varied workload
  • Great people skills and strong organisational ability
  • Systems‑savvy with good attention to detail
  • CIPD Level 3 beneficial but not essential
