My client is looking for a proactive and people-focused People & Culture Administrator to step into a busy, standalone HR role. You'll be the go‑to person for all day‑to‑day HR support, keeping things moving at pace and ensuring a smooth experience for employees and managers.
Job Responsibility:
Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries
Managing onboarding, employee lifecycle administration and HR documentation
Coordinating recruitment, interviews and new starter processes
Supporting monthly payroll changes and maintaining absence/holiday records
Championing the HR system, helping managers use it effectively
Assisting with people projects such as performance processes and engagement initiatives
Providing light ER admin support where needed
Requirements:
HR Administrator/Coordinator experience (standalone or autonomous role preferred)
Confident working at pace and managing a varied workload
Great people skills and strong organisational ability
