Job Responsibility:
Execute People & Culture administrative tasks in line with Service Level agreements including e.g. updating personnel files, people data compiling and administration
Collaborate closely within the Administration team to share best practices and prevent duplications of work
Support for other People & Culture administrative tasks (e.g. Payroll-related support)
Compliance with data privacy regulations and secure handling of co-worker information
Collaboration with Unit P&C and GBO for accurate HR data management
System and tool maintenance for process and data accuracy
Requirements:
Knowledge of how to systematically create, capture, share, manage and utilise knowledge within IKEA and between coworkers
Knowledge of how to organise, store and maintain records and information across IKEA
Knowledge of how to use IKEA standards and manuals to follow rules, comply to standards and provide direction
Knowledge of creating, following and maintaining guiding framework documents with internal and/or external stakeholdersdevelopment
Knowledge of IKEAs corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure right representation
Collaborative and communicative, with the ability to work across local and global teams
Comfortable communicating in both Korean and English (verbal & written)
