We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Administrator to join the People & Culture team and perform general administrative human resources duties while providing support to allocated homes and management teams as required.
Job Responsibility
Managing the onboarding process for allocated homes
Ensuring all systems contain accurate, relevant, and up-to-date employee information
Completing employment documentation in line with company procedures
Ensuring all onboarding processes comply with employment law, immigration law, and CQC regulations
Requirements
Sound knowledge of HR policies and procedures, particularly with recruitment and onboarding
Strong attention to detail
Strong organisational and planning skills
Ability to work under pressure and on several tasks at once
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly with different audiences
