Job Description

We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Administrator to join the People & Culture team and perform general administrative human resources duties while providing support to allocated homes and management teams as required.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing the onboarding process for allocated homes
  • Ensuring all systems contain accurate, relevant, and up-to-date employee information
  • Completing employment documentation in line with company procedures
  • Ensuring all onboarding processes comply with employment law, immigration law, and CQC regulations

Requirements

  • Sound knowledge of HR policies and procedures, particularly with recruitment and onboarding
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and on several tasks at once
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly with different audiences
