Job Description:

Join our People team as a People Coordinator to deliver outstanding, customer-first service in a dynamic media environment. You'll be the first point of contact for our global team and help implement a new HRIS while thriving in fast-paced settings.

Job Responsibility:

  • Be the first point of contact for global team across EMEA, APAC, and North America
  • Respond to general People queries and manage the People Inbox
  • Maintain HR systems (Hi Bob, UKG, Confluence, Culture Amp) and ensure accurate employee information updates
  • Own and implement processes including payroll, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure GDPR compliance
  • Monitor and manage employee information storage
  • Generate digital paperwork across employee lifecycle including contracts and leave documentation
  • Own the right to work process and visa renewals
  • Coordinate benefit membership for new starters across UK, US, and Ireland
  • Support annual compensation and benefit reviews
  • Monitor employee time-off requests and balances
  • Optimize HRIS (Bob) and streamline processes
  • Create guidance and toolkits to promote self-service culture

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced administrative function, ideally with Hi Bob
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUPs, IF functions, etc.)
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality when handling sensitive People data
  • Highly organized and conscientious with a knack for accuracy
  • Thrives in a collaborative, ambitious environment
  • Motivated to create structure and implement improvements
  • Eager to seek out solutions and navigate challenges with confidence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Hi Bob HRIS
  • Experience with UKG, Confluence, and Culture Amp systems
  • Knowledge of GDPR compliance requirements
  • Experience with international benefit coordination (UK, US, Ireland)
