Job Responsibility
Managing job postings across the Talos ATS, Indeed and LinkedIn, keeping every advert live, accurate and up to date
Co-ordinating interview scheduling across brands and sites, liaising with candidates and hiring managers
Maintaining accurate candidate records in Talos and progressing every application with timely, on-brand communication from acknowledgement to offer
Supporting right-to-work checks and pre-employment screening in line with UK and European legal requirements
Co-ordinating new joiner onboarding, including All Gravy setup, induction scheduling and joining instructions
Tracking training completion across all sites and producing compliance reports for the Head of Talent
Maintaining accurate employee records and people trackers, keeping the Fourth system up to date
Preparing offer letters, contracts and onboarding paperwork, with accurate filing on SharePoint and clear version control
Acting as a friendly point of contact for hiring managers and venue teams on day-to-day people queries
Requirements
Previous experience in a People, HR, recruitment or talent coordination role, ideally in hospitality, retail or another fast-paced, multi-site environment
Outstanding organisation and the ability to juggle priorities across several brands without dropping a detail
Strong written communication and a confident, professional manner with candidates, managers and colleagues
Confidence with people systems and Microsoft 365
A genuine eye for accuracy and discretion with confidential information
A proactive, self-motivated approach suited to a remote, UK-based role
