This People Co-ordinator role is a part time (24 hours a week) opportunity based at our Chorley office. This is a key role which will support our People Partners in the North West and South and Central divisions by providing pragmatic HR advice, supporting the entire recruitment process and building strong working relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Recruitment and onboarding
Absence management
Supporting line managers with HR related and systems queries
General HR administration and projects
Liaising with and supporting L&D, payroll and occupational health teams
Requirements:
Experience working in an HR administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail
IT skills
Strong organisational skills and experience of working to deadlines
Positive and flexible, 'can-do' approach
Ability to maintain process, professionalism and confidentiality
